Pipeline repair will cost $500,000 but the impact is higher

The repair of the Cochabamba’s Carrasco Pipeline (GCC), which last Tuesday was damaged following an alleged attack by groups related to the Movement for Socialism (MAS), will demand at least $500,000. Although, more important and difficult to estimate, is the interruption in gas distribution to the departments of Cochabamba, La Paz, and Oruro, where some industries had to stop their operations.
