In government meetings with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in Washington (USA), an exchange of foreign currency for up to 330 million dollars agreed upon in favour of the country, whose transfer does not need the endorsement of the Legislative Assembly. It will use the resources to pay salaries, to attend to the demands of the health sector, to grant bonds and to alleviate the effects that the fires cause in the Bolivian Chaco and the Amazon.

Bolivia presents $440 mn lithium project in Salar de Coipasa

BDP financed over $38.9 mn for 4,420 projects led by women
The Banco de Desarrollo Productivo (BDP) through its business line "Jefa de Hogar BDP" would be financing 4,429 women's projects throughout the country. Red alert declared in Kaa Iya National Park for forest fires
The National Service of Protected Areas (Sernap) declared a red alert in the Kaa Iya National Park and Integrated Management Natural Area (IMNA) of the Gran Chaco, Tarija, in the last hours due to forest fires.
