Canadian government allocates $3.04 million for fire fighting

The Government of Canada will send a Chinook helicopter to the country to help put out the forest fires, which have been registered mainly in the east of Bolivia and have caused the loss of more than 1.5 million hectares. The Bolivian government was grateful for the support of the Canadian government, which provided funding of 4 million Canadian dollars ($3.04 mn).
