Repealed decrees created $85 million fiscal deficit; entrepreneurs censure the measure

The government claims that the six repealed decrees caused a fiscal deficit that would reach Bs 593 million ($85 mn); businessmen claim that cutting exports will cause further crisis and harm small producers.
