YPFB denounces Zamora and Soliz for $160 million in economic damage to urea plant

Yacimientos Petrolíferos Fiscales Bolivianos (YPFB) filed a criminal complaint against the former minister of hydrocarbons, Victor Hugo Zamora, and the former president of the state oil company, Herland Soliz, for ordering the shutdown of the urea and ammonia plant, a decision that caused the state at least $160 million in economic damage from unrealized sales alone.
