50% of the indigenous population in Bolivia does not have access to internet

50% of indigenous communities in Bolivia do not have access to internet or basic technologies. In addition, many of these populations also lack other services such as radio, as the signal of the radio stations does not reach them. This situation makes virtual learning unattainable for children, said Juanito Roca, secretary of alternative energies of the Confederation of Indigenous Peoples of Bolivia (CIDOB).
